The Role

We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial & self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team, based in our UK office. As a member of our team, it will be your job to introduce prospective clients to the benefits of our software solutions; converting leads and building effective long-standing customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience running a solution sell using a full 360 sales cycle concentrating on new business, selling to relevant companies within a given sector.

Skills required

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within SaaS/data solutions sales
  • Proof of experience within a specific sector required. * Experience running a full 360 sales cycle – booking meetings from cold, qualifying the opportunity and closing the deal
  • Ability to run a solution sell using a combination of skills to identify, nurture and manage leads until the point of closing
  • Achieve KPIs and revenue based targets
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Customer service mentality and a passion for sales
  • Run sector specific marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Thrive in a target-driven environment, perform well under pressure and work well to a structured approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Full, clean UK driving license
  • Native-level of fluency in English
